We currently ship all estates in the US & internationally! Except for the following countries: Iraq, North Korea, Eritrea, Libya, Syria, and Yemen, Due to federal regulations.
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Items are not immediately shipped once tracking information is sent, please allow 1-3 days to process your order.
We use USPS priority mail for domestic and for international orders. Please allow time for customs delays when shipping to countries outside the US.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 am-6 pm est. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order & 1-3 business days for shipping within the US, time may exceed for Hawaii and Alaska. Please allow 7-21 days for international shipments. For international customers, there may be additional customs delays and fees which the customer would be responsible for. There can be an additional 2-4 days of processing time during product launches, sales/promotions, holidays, etc. delivery times will vary based on the following: distance from our warehouse to your shipping address, your shipping location is based in the US (domestic) or international (rest of the world), the delivery option you select.

Contact your shipping carrier directly for questions about the exact location of your package. our customer service department will only be able to provide the information you see using your tracking number on the carrier website.
Shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of the order, the shipping method selected by the customer, and the destination of shipping location. Any additional international shipping fees incurred (duties, customs, taxes, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer, Shirt Time is not liable for any additional fees.
Please note items shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of the order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Shirt Time.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
Shirt Time shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. Shirt Time is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
