We care about your satisfaction. If any of our apparel (shirts, jackets, caps, polos, etc.) do not meet your size expectations, you can exchange for another size. Please return it in its original unused condition.
All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the received date. You will be required to pay for the shipping of your exchange. You may return the package using any carrier you prefer! We recommend using a trackable shipping service when exchanging items. Contact customerservice@shirt-time.com to process your exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on any other items nor provide refunds. All non-apparel and sale items are final sales.
If a damaged or defective item is shipped to you, please notify us within 14 days from the day you receive your package, and we will replace your item as soon as possible. Contact customerservice@shirt-time.com with a photo of the damaged item and damage in the subject line. Delays may occur during new releases, holidays, and sales.
